Need help migrating to Office 365
Hi,
I'm trying to migrate my email over to Office365 since it looks like I can no longer use my old settings. I haven't been able to find any good documentation guiding me through the process. Please help me get this process complete so I can see emails again.

I'm in the same boat. I actually had the instructions and when I tried to print them my outlook pst file corrupted. My backup wasn't current enough so instructions were lost. As I gather you are to have been provided with a Pin which like I said I don't have. Hopefully somebody at Xfinity/Microsoft will help both of us.
