Password for Gateway and CusAdmin login

Dear Comcast Business,

Please reset our cusadmin password.  We are receiving a message that is not  retrievable from the backend.

Hi ingconsulting.  The gateway username/password has been set to the defaults, login:cusadmin  password:highspeed.  Please let us know if additional changes are required.

Nevemind; we had a short between the keyboard and seat issue.  We are good to go; thanks Comcast Admin!

Thank you Comcast Business Admin; however, please reset the router to allow for remote management.  As this seems to be the new obstacle to a successful login.
