VoiceEdge not working at all
Hello, been trying to get ahold of comcast for a week now with nothing. My VoiceEdge lines are not working at all. I can not receive calls at my business, and I can not call out. When I pick up the phone, I do get a dial tone though. Really strange. My only saving grace is I can forward them to my cell phone, but I'm going on a week of that and I'm reallt frustrated. Can someone please help?
