Cancelled TV Service Still Received a Bill

I called and cancelled TV service on my business account on Dec 14, 2020 and still receive charges for the canceled service today.

The cancel request form was filled out, completed and ticket number CR941821526 was created at the time I called. I returned the equipment to local Comcast store on the following day after completing the request form.

On Jan 7, 2021, I called the customer service to check the status update and was told the update would show on my next bill. My next bill is here and nothing has changed. 

I logged on business account today and TV service is still active.

I am having the same problem. We closed our account on January 4. We were told that there would be an additional 30 days of service, until February 4th. Autopay was supposed to pay the most recent bill covering that period. It did not, we were told because we closed the account. We received a new bill January 8th that included service through February 14. This bill was also charging AT A HIGHER RATE. We called about this, and were told it was a mistake and would be corrected, we should receive a new bill. We just received a new bill February 8th than included service through March 14, at a higher billing rate than we were contracted for, and that we cancelled on January 4th. HOW DO WE STOP THIS NIGHTMARE?!
